Privacy Policy

Babbas is based in St. Louis, Missouri. This policy covers information used for our website, business outreach and ad creative service.

Website visits. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes connection information to serve and protect it. We use Plausible for aggregate website measurement. Plausible describes its analytics as cookieless; see its data policy. This does not describe the separate practices of Stripe or other sites you visit through links.

Business outreach. We research businesses using public websites, public ad references and business-contact data sources. Records can include business names, domains, contact names and business email addresses, source evidence and email-verification results. We use these records to assess relevance, prepare business outreach and manage follow-up. Email delivery and verification providers process the information needed for those tasks.

Replies and opt-outs. We use reply contents and response classifications to handle conversations and requests. We retain suppression records, such as an email address or domain and opt-out status, to avoid contacting people who have asked us to stop. Reply to an outreach email to opt out, or contact us below. Deleting a conversation does not necessarily remove the minimal suppression record needed to honor that request.

Payments and customer service. Stripe handles checkout and card processing under its privacy policy. We use the customer contact details, website URL, billing and subscription information available through Stripe to manage the service. Our website does not collect full card numbers. Do not send payment-card details to us by email.

Creative work and support. We use your brand website, public ads, materials you share and support correspondence to research, create and deliver your ads. We work with outside designers and use AI tools from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google at multiple stages of our workflow. Relevant project information and materials may be processed by those designers and tools. We also use hosting, communication and file-storage providers to operate the service. Contact us before sharing confidential or sensitive material so we can discuss the intended handling.

Free sample requests and inquiries. When you request free ad samples, we collect your name, email address and brand website to review your brand, prepare samples and email you about the request. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form, and submissions are stored privately in Google Sheets. Earlier inquiry forms also accepted an optional ad-library URL. Contact us about access to or deletion of a current or earlier inquiry.

We do not sell your personal information or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Retention and requests. Retention depends on the record and purpose, including service delivery, billing records, support, disputes and honoring opt-outs. We do not promise that every record can be erased immediately. You can ask about records relating to you, request correction or deletion, or object to outreach by emailing support@babbas.co. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on your location and the information involved.
