Terms of Service

Babbas is an independent ad agency based in St. Louis, Missouri. By subscribing to Babbas, you agree to these terms. This revision does not retroactively reduce rights under terms applicable to earlier purchases.

The service. babbas delivers 20 original static Meta ad images every month for a subscription fee of $199 per month. We deliver 20 ads each calendar month in weekly batches. We confirm your first delivery and weekly schedule after checkout. Each month includes research into your site, offer, and category, concept selection, and one asynchronous revision pass per month.

What we promise, and what we do not. We study public patterns in your category and create original ads for your brand. We do not copy other advertisers' ads. We do not guarantee performance of any kind, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, revenue, or any other result. We do not offer a satisfaction or money-back guarantee for new purchases. See our Refund and Cancellation policy. This does not change terms applicable to earlier purchases or rights under applicable law.

Production. We work with subcontracted designers and use AI tools from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google at multiple stages of research and production.

Your responsibilities. You provide your brand website and confirm you have the right to advertise the products and offers shown. You are responsible for how the ads are used, and for following Meta's advertising policies when you run them.

Ownership. You may use delivered files for your advertising within the rights and licenses described here, and keep those files after cancellation. Rights in original human-authored work transfer only to the extent we hold and can transfer them. Third-party assets, fonts and other licensed material remain subject to their licenses. AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection or exclusivity. We do not promise exclusive rights in third-party or AI-generated material.

Billing. The fee is $199 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel. The plan is month to month. There is no long-term contract and no notice period.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use. We may decline or end service for products or conduct that are unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of advertising-platform policies, or for abuse of the service.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
